Every January, spring is in the air thanks to the Oklahoma City Home & Garden Show. The Show is an annual event where attendees can shop, compare and find new home and garden trends. Anglin Public Relations has provided ideas, new relationships and buzz for the show since 2002.

 
Planting the Seeds:
To grow local relationships with the community, Anglin Public Relations introduces the Home & Garden Show to metro area charities. The Show and the charity team-up to host a silent auction on-site at the show helping the nonprofit raise needed funds and awareness for their cause.
 
To add excitement to the Oklahoma City Home & Garden Show, Anglin Public Relations has coordinated with Channel 4 for Mike Morgan and Grant Johnston to broadcast live from the Show. The waterfalls and tulips provided a picturesque spring background for the live broadcast on an otherwise cold, bleak January evening. The broadcast was another form of publicity for the show.
 
Growing Social:
Anglin Public Relations introduced new social media tactics to the Oklahoma City Home & Garden Show. Through Twitter and Facebook interactions, the show was not only able to establish more interactive relationships with its target audience, but was able to generate additional online ticket sales directly resulting from Facebook and Twitter interactions.
