How do you tell the story of a dental health care provider in a visual way? In 2008, Delta Dental of Oklahoma hired Anglin Public Relations to “tell their story” and help raise statewide awareness about their programs and services.
Recognizing a Commitment to the Community:
During tough economic times, Delta Dental of Oklahoma’s Charitable Foundation supported local non-profit organizations when they tripled their statewide giving to $1.5 million. Anglin Public Relations suggested a visual way to tell the story by working with two of the non-profit organizations receiving grants. In addition to presenting a check to the non-profit organizations, Anglin Public Relations coordinated the emotional testimonials of people who received services at the non-profits. Our efforts generated 9 newspaper articles, 10 online articles and 8 television stories from the event.
Since working with Delta Dental of Oklahoma, Anglin Public Relations efforts has strengthened the organization’s visibility.
Altogether more than 55 newspaper and magazine articles, 30 online articles, 10 television stories, an opinion editorial and a proclamation by the Governor of Oklahoma totaling more than $135,000 in commercial equivalency.
